Total area of the Valdemāra Biroji is 7000 m2. Office building complex consists of two 3-storey and 7-storey buildings. It is planned to implement renovation works both outside and inside the buildings and improve the surrounding territory by constructing two spacious parking lots (150 parking spaces). Valdemāra Biroji office premises are already available for the lessees and some of them are currently rented out. The first floor premises are suitable for stores.

The area of rental premises varies from 15 m2 to 2000 m2.

It is planned to begin reconstruction works in 2018 and finish in 2019.
